You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle — you keep access to your current paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by law or at our discretion for a documented service failure on our side (extended platform outage, billing error). Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact the support address on your billing page with your account details and the reason for the request.
Switching to a lower-priced plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you are not charged a partial refund for the difference in the current cycle. Switching to a higher-priced plan takes effect immediately, and Razorpay will bill the prorated difference for the remainder of the current cycle.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and may pause premium features until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with Razorpay support in the first instance, since they process all card and UPI transactions on our behalf.
Meta's own conversation-based WhatsApp charges are billed directly to your WhatsApp Business Account and are not part of your Klavoro subscription — refund requests for those charges must go through Meta, not us.
Questions about billing, cancellations, or refunds can be sent to the support contact provided on your account's billing page.
