This policy explains what data Klavoro ("the Service") collects, why, and how it's handled — both data about you as a vendor using the Service, and data about your customers that flows through it when you use WhatsApp messaging, automation, and campaign features.
Data passes through the following providers as a normal part of how the Service works:
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
To provide the Service (sending/receiving messages, running automation and campaigns, generating AI replies, enforcing plan limits), to secure accounts, to provide customer support, and to comply with legal obligations.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted. Access to vendor and customer data is restricted to what's needed to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data from within the Service, or by contacting support. If you are a vendor's customer and want your data removed, contact that vendor directly — they control the data collected through their WhatsApp number.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the support contact provided on your account's billing page. See also our Terms of Service.
